COURSE LENGTH

Courses described as one year in length will normally be between 30-35 weeks according to examination or assessment schedules.

These are correct at the time of publication, but may be varied without notice until such time as you join the course.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellations we will notify you as soon as possible. Acceptance of your fee does not guarantee that your course will run.

DATA PROTECTION

Information you provide on the enrolment form will be passed to The Learning Skills Council, which is registered under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. The registration is primarily for the collection and analysis of statistical data but it also allows the Council to share information with other organisations for the purposes of detecting fraud. Further information about data confidentiality is available upon request from BCOT Student Administration.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR REPORTING FULL TIME STUDENTS

If you are under 18 BCOT will keep your parent(s)/guardian(s) informed of your progress and performance. If you reach 18 during your course we will continue to do this unless you specifically ask us not to.

SPONSORED STUDENTS

If your training is sponsored by an employer or a learning provider, BCOT will usually inform them of your progress performance.
