Description

Talent management is defined as the ability to attract, develop and retain staff that add value to your business. The key strategy to differentiate you from your competitors and achieve a competitive advantage can be achieved by your most valuable asset, your people. A CIPD survey found that of the 700 members interviewed, 55% are developing more in-house talent. However, only 51% felt that managers are equipped to tackle the challenges of managing talent in a downturn. This course will give you an understanding of how to manage talent more effectively.
