- Clients are required to enrol in person.
- All clients are advised that they will be receiving their treatment from students under training. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the best possible service, the results may not always be entirely satisfactory.
- I understand that my personal details and treatment records are kept on the Evolve Salon computer database and I may ask to see them at any time.
- Young children and babies are not permitted to accompany you into the salons for your treatment as this may result in them being left unattended. Please ensure they are adequately supervised before your service commences.
- The tutor has the right to refuse a treatment if the client is unsuitable for the service required.
- Clients must be prepared to be available for the duration of the lesson.
- Clients do not have the right to request a specific student.
- All clients must have a skin test 48 hours prior to having any hair colouring, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming and false lashes.
- Very occasionally it may be necessary to cancel appointments at short notice. If possible clients will be contacted, otherwise we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to clients belongings.
- All mobile phones should be turned off for the duration of the service.
- Smoking, eating or drinking alcohol is Not permitted in the Salons or the reception area.
- Tipping is only allowed when given to the whole group in the "Tip Box ". Please do not embarrass the students by tipping individuals.
