The Student Union BCOT
The Student Union exists to promote student interests in the college and the wider community. The Student Union can offer practical and financial assistance to students who wish to organise an event.
All students become members of the BCOT Student Union which is affiliated to the NUS. The Union arranges social events and activities and provides facilities to enhance the student experience. All profits from the Pool Table, Games Boxes and NUS Cards are added to the Student Union funds. Previous events have included an End of Year Party, trips to Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and the Clothes Show, Meet your MP, Paintballing, table tennis and producing this student magazine.
Buying an NUS card entitles you to a wide range of discounts in shops, cinemas and many other places. If you want to find out more about the Student Union or to help in any way drop in to the Student Services Office in the Student Zone or email student.union@bcot.ac.uk.
