This is a Level 4 qualification that gives you an understanding of the wider role of marketing and insight into consumer behaviour. You will learn the essential knowledge and skills to implement tactical marketing activities successfully when performing at an operational level.

The Awarding Body at The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has commended Basingstoke College of Technology for the excellent standard of results achieved for assessments submitted in the July 2017 assessments session for the Digital Marketing module of the Certificate in Professional Marketing.
The course covers the following units:
Unit 1 – Marketing (starts September 2017 and again in September 2018)
Unit 2 – Integrated Communications (starts January 2018 and again in January 2019)
Unit 3 – Digital Marketing (starts March 2018)

Unit 1 Multi-choice online exam (2 hours)
Unit 2 Assignment - Professional report consisting of various tasks
Unit 3 Portfolio - blog, website, email campaign, social media, evidence (tactical)
Completion of the full CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing leads onto the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing
