This course is designed for anyone who would like to
learn some basic professional skills that can be applied at home.
You will be
exploring seasonal foods, different preparation and cooking techniques, knife
skills and health and safety.
Each week you will be producing different dishes to add to your cooking repertoire. Lessons are held in a professional kitchen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Nor formal entry requirements needed.

is a good introduction to our next short cooking programme, Cooking from the West, a new 10 week course designed for everyone who would like to try their hand
at cooking recipes from around the Mediterranean and beyond. We will be
tackling dishes such as Salmon Coulibiac from Russia and Baklava from Turkey as
well as a variety of dishes from Spain, France, Italy and Greece. Lessons are
held in a professional kitchen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
