This 10 week chocolate making course has been designed to provide foundation skills in the areas of working with chocolate and making chocolate desserts. The course is targeted at providing a foundation of chocolate making skills for individuals wishing to pursue a career in catering, specifically in the area of chocolate making, and/or wish to develop their skills in this area.
This course will give learners the opportunity to:
- Temper chocolate
- Process chocolate
- Make chocolate desserts, and
- Understand food preparation and cooking of chocolate.
Practical skills assessment.
