BCoT Learning Technologist Sky Caves was named the winner of the 'Apprentice Award' at the 2019 Hampshire Education Awards, on Wednesday 9 September 2019.

BCoT Digital Technologist Charlie James was nominated for the 'Rising Star Award' at the 2019 Women in IT Excellence Awards.
BCoT Digital Innovation Specialist Scott Hayden was named a Silver Winner in the 'Digital Innovator of the Year' category at the 2019 Pearson National Teaching Awards.
The college has been shortlisted for the 'Innovation Excellence Award' at the Inspire Business Awards in 2018.
BCoT Head of Faculty Karon Chewter was named 'College Teacher of the Year' at the first ever Basingstoke Gazette Education Awards night on 13 July 2018.
Lynsey Spillane, Course Director for Specialist Provision at Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT), was named the ‘Inspirational Teacher of the Year’ at the 2018 Basingstoke Place to be Proud Awards, at a ceremony on Wednesday night (6 June). Read all about Lynsey's special night here.
Winner of the 2018 Times Educational Supplement 'Outstanding use of Technology for Improving Teaching, Learning and Assessment' award. The judges were most impressed with the college’s “strategic approach to the use of technology across the curriculum” and acknowledged BCoT’s investment in resources and infrastructure, alongside the college’s digital vision.
Shortlisted for 2017 Times Educational Supplement 'Outstanding use of Technology for Improving Teaching, Learning and Assessment' award. The digital team works directly with industry to identify which digital tools are being used in the workplace and brings them back to the classroom. This guarantees that students are working with the very latest technology demanded by industry and are work-ready at the end of their time at college.
Aspiral Learning have been named Provider of the Month by the Northern Council for Further Education (NCFE) Aspiral Learning, the employer-focused national provider arm of Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT), received the award in recognition of the work they have been doing in running the NCFE Mental Health qualification.
The college was nominated for the 'Best Newcomer' award at the national Green Gown Awards in 2013 for our EcoBCoT strategic initiative, which was launched in September 2012 to improve the college's sustainability and environmental impact.
