This course will offer you the skills and motivation to get back into work. You will have the opportunity to obtain a qualification in Introductory IT, find out what is stopping you getting that job, work with experienced tutors to find a direction that works for you and get advice on CV writing and applications.
This course is aimed at those who have previously worked in an office environment or wish to work within business administration. The course covers a number of units such as principles of working in a business environment, producing business documents and managing personal performance and development. You will achieve an accredited BTEC Level 1 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration.
This course will help you prepare to work within the health and social care sector and the NHS. Areas of study include communication, health and safety and protection/safeguarding.
