Join us at our Higher Education and Adult Courses Evening.
This 6-week course will cover the basics in silver jewellery design and construction, including the use of tools for sawing, soldering, hammering, drilling, forming and polishing. In the first four weeks of the course, you will work on projects such as simple rings, pendants, bangles and earrings. As the course progresses, you will have the opportunity to design and make a piece of your own choice, with expert guidance from our specialist tutor. The fees pay for your silver for the first four weeks of the course. We ask that students buy additional silver for their final project, as the amount required will depend on individual designs. This can be purchased from us on the evening and will be approximately £20 - £30. Prices will be determined by the weight of the silver.
