The CIPD Foundation Level Course is perfect if you want to acquire a wide range of relevant practical skills in HR. Who are foundation level qualifications for?

Unit 1 - Developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner
Unit 2 - Understanding organisations and the role of HR
Unit 3 - Recording, analysing and using HR information
Unit 4 - Resourcing talent
Unit 5 - Delivering learning and development activities
Unit 6 - Supporting good practice in performance and reward management
You will be required to complete all six assignments to gain the qualification.
Applicants must have one of the following:
Successfully completed 5GCSE’s;
Certified experience in an HR role or in a role with some people administration duties;
English and Maths at Level 2 or above;

Depending on your level of experience and prior learning we will then offer you a place on our course and keep in touch with you until the College enrolment system is opened for the relevant academic year.
80% attendance is required.
You will be required to complete six written assignments together with some practical observations and team work.
You are encouraged to have a workplace coach or mentor to help you apply the knowledge gained on the programme to your work situation.

Successful completion of this course will enable you to progress to the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
