will be taught in one year of study with BCoT.
This qualification is designed for learners

deliver this course from September 2021 to June 2022 at the Basingstoke Campus

Prospective candidates whose first language is not English must
demonstrate a high standard of both spoken and written English to register onto
a CIPD awarded or approved qualification.
Assessment is the process of evaluating an
individual’s attainment of knowledge, understanding and skills. This
qualification is not graded so learners will receive either a Pass or Fail. All
assessment criteria must be met in order to achieve a Pass.
