A combined (competence and knowledge) qualification is a
work-based qualification that combines competence and technical knowledge to

administration sector such as Personal Assistant, Office Executive, or Office
Supervisor they may already be employed in a cross-sector role of function that
involves responsibility for carrying out and managing business administrative
operations and functions.
This programme is delivered using a blend of workplace and
on-line assessment, including observations, witness testimonies and
professional discussions. Exams for the Key Skills and the
Technical Certificate can be delivered in the workplace.
