This higher level apprenticeship will give you the skills to identify and solve administrative problems, to organise the work of your company’s administrative function and to manage workflows.
apprenticeship is ideal for those who are working in a supervisory role within a
business administration environment.
It further develops the skills and knowledge required for a successful
career in a number of administrative roles, such as: office manager, administration team leader,
personal assistant, business development.
4 focuses on a range of skills including managing an office facility or function,
reporting and analyzing data, producing and developing presentations and
participating in projects/events.
This apprenticeship trains you to play an important senior role within a
business or organization. It is delivered within your workplace using real examples from your daily work.

GCSE English and maths at grade C/4 and a relevant Level 3 qualification. You will need to be employed in a business related role (we can help with finding relevant employment).
This programme is delivered through a range of assessment methods including observations, discussions, case studies, knowledge questions and witness testimonies. The functional skills exams are online assessments, delivered in the work place. The principles units, will be taught in the classroom again there are options for this, if it does not meet employer and learner needs.
