Level 3 Apprenticeship in Sales


Course Overview

This advanced apprenticeship will build on your prior experience in a sales role and prepare you for progression into management and supervisory positions. You will study towards a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Sales and a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales, as well as gain practical experience in your workplace. 

Course Content

This apprenticeship is ideal for those who are in looking to progress within a sales career.  It further develops the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in a sales environment and focuses on the laws, regulations and ethics of sales; negotiating with customers and handling sales objections; planning your time; analyzing sales data to better inform your sales plan; and understanding how buyers think.

This apprenticeship is delivered within the workplace using real examples from the apprentice’s daily work.

Entry Requirement

You will need five GCSEs A*/9 to C/4 including English and maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualification/apprenticeship. You will need to be employed in a sales role (we can help with finding relevant employment).
