This free training programme offers you the chance to gain valuable skills and relevant qualifications for employment within the office environment across a wide range of business sectors. As part of the course, you will have the chance to gain a wide range of employment skills training alongside studying to achieve a nationally recogised NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration qualification.
This course and qualification will provide you with the essential knowledge that is required by employers to work in an office based role. This will help you to carry out common tasks such as how to manage information, communicating in the workplace, diary management, events organisation, reception duties and more.
There will be an opportunity for guidance on CV writing and advice on how to represent your skills and experience in the best way when completing applications. Most office based roles require you to have basic administration skills, so this is the perfect opportunity to help you pursue a career across a wide range of industries.
