This is a Level 4 course that gives the learner understanding of the wider role of marketing and insight into consumer behaviour. Learners will be given the essential knowledge and skills to implement tactical marketing activities successfully when performing at an operational level.
To gain the Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing, you will need to pass all three modules:

The Awarding Body at The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has commended Basingstoke College of Technology for the excellent standard of results achieved for assessments submitted in the April 2017 assessments session for the Integrated Communications module of the Certificate in Professional Marketing.
Subjects covered include:
Unit 1 – Marketing (starts September 2018 and again in September 2019)
Unit 2 – Integrated Communications (starts December 2018)
Unit 3 – Digital Marketing (starts March 2019)

You will be required to complete a marketing diagnostic test.
Unit 1 Multi-choice online exam (2 hours)
Unit 2 Assignment - Professional report consisting of various tasks
Unit 3 Portfolio - eg blog, website, email campaign, social media, evidence (tactical).
Completion of the full Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing course leads to the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing.
