BCoT held its first virtual open event of the academic year on Tuesday 13 October.
This is a Level 4 course that gives understanding of the
wider role of marketing and insight into consumer behaviour. Essential
knowledge and skills to implement tactical marketing activities are given for
successful performance at an operational level.
To gain the Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing,
you will need to pass all three modules:
+ Applied Marketing
+ Planning Campaigns
+ Digital Marketing Techniques

The Awarding Body at The Chartered Institute of Marketing
(CIM) has commended Basingstoke College of Technology for the excellent
standard of results achieved for assessments submitted in the April 2020
assessments session for the Integrated Communications module of the Certificate
in Professional Marketing.
The module comprises three units of two learning outcomes
each. Each learning outcome will be covered by the related assessment criteria
and will be assessed by way of assignment. By the end of this module you should
be able to:

Unit 2: Planning Campaigns in Action
Unit 3: Campaign Success

You will be required to complete a marketing diagnostic test.
The assessment will require submission of an assignment
based on a theme and an organisation of choice.
Completion of the full Level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing course leads to the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing.
