Course Overview

Everyone in the corporate world knows that being a manager is a sign of career growth and success. The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is the UK’s largest management awarding body, combining industry-leading qualifications, recognised training programmes and specialist member services.   8. Dealing with discipline, conflict and stress in the workplace

  10. Customer service 
  11. Change management 
  12. Quality management

Entry Requirement

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 2 qualification in a related subject.

In order to complete this distance learning course at no charge you will need to match the following entry criteria:

  • You do not already hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Are a resident of the EEU (European Economic Area) and have been for at least 3 years
  • Will be undertaking your learning within England
  • Are aged 19 or above
  • If you are 19-23 year old's you must have already achieved a level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • You will need to have a good standard of English and Math

Assessment

  • Studying via Distance Learning means you can choose when and where you study.  
  • We recommended allowing a minimum of 3 to 4 hours per week to study this course in your own time.
  • You will be given submission dates for each unit to help you stay on track and complete within the allocated timeframe.
