Course Overview

You will achieve a nationally recognised qualification with this apprenticeship. The units are delivered in the workplace and can be tailored to suit you and your employer, but include topics such as events, preparing business documents, organising and supporting meetings, managing information and diary systems and communication.

This apprenticeship is ideal for those who are in looking to progress within a business administration career.  It further develops the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in an administrative environment. The training will help you to play an important support role within a business or organization.

This apprenticeship is delivered within the workplace using real examples from your daily work.

To complete the apprenticeship, the learner must also complete:

Entry Requirement

You will need five GCSEs A*/9 to C/4 including English and maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualification/apprenticeship. You will need to be employed in a business related role (we can help with finding relevant employment).


This programme is delivered through a range of assessment methods including observations, discussions, case studies, knowledge questions and witness testimonies. The functional skills exams are online assessments, delivered in the work place. The principles units, will be taught in the classroom, again there are options for this, not meet employer and learner needs
