BCoT has received two awards for helping to improve lives and excelling in barbering education.
This course is delivered on a day-release basis and will consolidate your workplace experience and will prepare you to become fully qualified in brickwork (to Level 2).
You will learn the foundation skills needed to work safely on a construction site, how to set out basic structures, building brick and block walling and how to render concrete surfaces. You will also have the option to choose a unit on either erecting masonry cladding or laying domestic drainage, to further enhance your skills.
Four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, preferably to include English and maths, or completion of a relevant Level 1 qualification.
Level 3 qualification or employment.
