    <span , sans-serif; font-size: 12.72px;'>To enhance employment opportunities the course may also have additional qualifications built into the programme.  We also hold internal competitions during the year and also students are encouraged to take part in external competitions.

    Entry Requirement

    <p , sans-serif; font-size: 12.72px; margin-bottom: 15px; -webkit-column-break-inside: avoid;'>Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing or Barbering with tutor recommendation and a good attendance report.

    <p , sans-serif; font-size: 12.72px; margin-bottom: 15px; -webkit-column-break-inside: avoid;'>Plus either 4 GCSE grades C or above in English and Maths, or Functional Skills at Level 2 in English and Maths.

    Assessment

    The course is continuously assessed by both practical and written assignments/tests to demonstrate competence.

    Where does this course lead to

    <span , sans-serif; font-size: 12.72px;'>This course is a recognised route into employment as, for example, an Artisitic Director, Salon Owner, Colourist, Educator, Session Stylist, Brand Ambassador and Bridal Specialist or to lead to an apprenticeship.
