The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management is a vocationally related qualification that will prepare you to gain employment as a salon manager.
This is a vocationally related qualification and includes all the required elements to work effectively as a salon manager. Learners develop management and technical skills required for the role of hair and beauty salon manager.

Hold a Level 3 qualification and / or
You will be assessed
through written reports, creative projects, essays, presentations, research
projects and the observation of work based scenarios.
This qualification will qualify you to gain employment as a hair and beauty salon manager. This qualification is suitable if you have no prior or informal experience in a managerial role within a salon, as it covers the full breadth of units you would need to successfully carry out the role of a salon manager.
