This training programme offers you the chance to gain valuable skills and relevant qualifications for employment in adult care, including care homes, agency work and residential care for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
This Level 1 course gives you the relevant knowledge for work in adult care including, safeguarding, dementia and mental health, as well as the principles of adult care.
If you are in receipt of certain benefits or on a low income, this course will be government funded, however you could still be eligible if you do not meet the criteria so please contact the team for more information.
Assessment is ongoing through completion of the units. There are no formal assessments on this course.
