This is a new 10 week course designed for everyone who would like to try their hand at cooking recipes from around the Mediterranean and beyond.
We will be tackling dishes such as Salmon Coulibiac from Russia and Baklava from turkey as well as a variety of dishes from Spain, France, Italy and Greece. Lessons are held in a professional kitchen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
No formal entry requirements required.
