The UK catering and hospitality industry contributes significantly to the national economy and employs many people in a range of public sector organisations, such as hospitals and schools; and private sector businesses such as restaurants and hotels. Hospitality is all about customer service, whether this is making sure food is served on time or that a hotel room is ready to use.
There is a wide variety of roles that you could train in, such as:
Hospitality supervisors provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts. This apprenticeship can help you progress to a more senior role within hospitality by broadening your existing knowledge and gaining important leadership and management skills to help you take on more responsibility.
