This day workshop will teach you the skills in how to make delicious bread, using the basic techniques of bread making.
You will be taken through the steps of bread baking including what to look out for when you knead and prove your dough as well as simple tips and tricks to ensure success.
The day will cover various mixing and kneading techniques of the dough and shaping and baking of the loaves. Breads on the day will include a white loaf, followed by more exciting ingredients using a variety of different flours.
No formal entry requirements.
This is not a certified course and as such there are no formal assessments included.
