This advanced level apprenticeship will provide you with the skills to become a hospitality professional, such as a silver service waiter/waitress or bar/cellar person in a supervisory capacity. Delivered in your workplace, the programme covers a range of supervisory skills and underpinning knowledge and includes safe and hygienic work, customer service and creating a positive impression.

Hospitality supervisors provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts. This apprenticeship can help you progress to a more senior role within hospitality by broadening your existing knowledge and gaining important leadership and management skills to help you take on more responsibility.
