During this course, you will learn about how stress affects you not just physically but also emotionally and how this can translate into behaviour which may not always be helpful or productive. You will learn a range of techniques to support you when times are stressful. We will also identify what will be happening to you when something must change and your stress levels become toxic so you can identify this and take action.
