Course Overview

During this course you will learn:

  1. The difference between stress and anxiety
  2. How stress affects you – physically, emotionally, behaviourally and psychologically
  3. Receive ideas on how to reduce stress in your life
  4. Become aware of which areas of your life are causing you to experience stress
  5. How living with change and uncertainty affects your stress levels and what you can do to support yourself during difficult times

Course Content

During this course, you will learn about how stress affects you not just physically but also emotionally and how this can translate into behaviour which may not always be helpful or productive.  You will learn a range of techniques to support you when times are stressful. We will also identify what will be happening to you when something must change and your stress levels become toxic so you can identify this and take action.

  • Have emotional stability*
