We have been delivering apprenticeships for over 20 years and the majority of our staff come from industry themselves. We strive to become the first port of call for employers in regard to workplace training needs and currently work with a number of partners to deliver different qualifications.
If you are looking for BCoT students to support your business, we also welcome work experience offers from employers. If you are interested in offering work experience, please contact Anna Thorpe, Careers and Employability Team Leader.
We currently work with Lean Education and Development (LEAD) and welcome the opportunity to work with new partners. BCoT also works in partnership with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, who help to make businesses more successful by providing networking opportunities, business support and advice as well as a range of products and services. If you would like to express your interest in working with us, please download our Partnership Expression of Interest Form.
