Champion Award 2025

BCoT wins Kikoi Connection's 2025 Champion Award for commitment to diversity and inclusion.

BCoT has been announced as the winner of the Champion Award 2025 at the Community Achievers Awards, hosted by Kikoi Connection.

This special recognition celebrates BCoT’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity within the college and the broader community. The award specifically highlights that BCoT has actively driven positive change, created opportunities, amplified underrepresented voices and most importantly, cultivated a true sense of belonging within the College community.

Kikoi Connection’s leadership team made the decision to present the award to BCoT unanimously. 

"This award recognises a partner who has not only aligned with our mission and values but has actively contributed to driving positive change," said Effie Blankson, Chair for Kikoi Connection. "The decision to present this award to BCoT was made unanimously by our leadership team. We are deeply grateful for the immense support you have shown Kikoi Connection over the years."

Responding to the achievement, Anthony Bravo OBE, Principal of BCoT said: “This prestigious honour from Kikoi Connection acknowledges the hard work our staff and students put into creating an environment of true belonging for everyone.”

BCoT was praised for its consistent support and collaboration. As a valued education partner, the College has been instrumental in offering "learning, encouragement, and collaboration" to the Kikoi Connection leadership team, helping to bring their vision to life.
