Our impressive art and design studios and facilities are unrivalled in the local area. Past students even return to use them while at university thanks to the high quality and diverse nature of the equipment and spaces we have. Our studios include a state-of-the-art 3D printer, laser cutter, metal workshop, glass kiln, enamelling ovens, plaster room, casting area, vacuum formers, pottery wheels and kilns, as well as general studio space. We also have a life drawing studio, a photography studio and dark room. The dedicated fashion and textiles area has knitting machines, looms, pattern cutting tables and sewing machines, and the print room houses heat presses, silk screen printing and dyeing facilities alongside etching, collagraph and other fine art printing opportunities.
