Skills Bootcamps are part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life.
Skills Bootcamps empower individuals and employers to develop valuable, sector-specific skills. Based on local employer demand, the Skills Bootcamps on offer provide a direct path to employment upon completion, with a guaranteed job interview at the end of each course for unemployed individuals.
All courses are flexible and include a minimum of 60 hours of learning across a maximum 16-week period, providing learners with several positive outcomes no matter their circumstances. Individuals aged 19 and over who live in the Hampshire area are eligible to sign up as learners.

- Individuals aged 19 who live in or plan to work in the Hampshire area are eligible to sign up as learners.
- Either in work, self-employed, recently unemployed or returning to work after a break.
- A UK resident for at least 3 consecutive years and have the right to work in the UK.
- As the Skills Bootcamps are a Level 3 course, the following is required: GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above.
- To successfully pass the course, you must commit to attending over 90%.
It is FREE if you are unemployed or employed and looking for a career change.
If you are an employer seeking to enhance your staff’s skills, large employers will contribute 30% of the cost
for their employees, while small and medium-sized employers will contribute 10%.
