Basingstoke Business Week

Basingstoke Business Week is coming this November, and Basingstoke College of Technology (BCoT) is proud to be a part of it.

Running from Monday 9 to Friday 13 November 2026, Basingstoke Business Week brings together local business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and educators for an action-packed week dedicated to driving our regional economy forward.

This year’s overarching theme - Skills for the Future - hits right at the core of our mission here at BCoT. We are thrilled to be part of the founding coalition delivering this initiative alongside Luke Murphy MP, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, M3 Job Club, #StrongerTogetherForum and Destination Basingstoke.

Reflecting on the importance of the event, Lorraine Heath, Principal of BCoT, said:

"The theme of Skills for the Future speaks directly to what we do every day - connecting young people, adult learners, and local employers so that education and business aren't just talking to each other, but genuinely working together."

What to Expect Throughout the Week
