Level 2 Equality and Diversity Certificate

Part Time

Course Overview

The police in England and Wales recorded 105,090 hate crimes in the year ending March 2020. These crimes usually involve violence and are committed against someone because of their disability, race, sexual orientation, religion or another protected characteristic. However, attitudes can be changed through the promotion of equality and diversity.

Holding an equality and diversity qualification is a great addition to any CV. This qualification promotes social awareness and good practice of equality and diversity within a community, at work, at home and in society. Whether you want to strengthen your knowledge or become more socially aware in the workplace, this course is perfect for you.
