Course Introduction
This Edexcel Functional Skills qualification is designed to improve basic maths skills and enable the learner to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Develop a practical and useful skillset in the subjects which will be relevant to a wide range of everyday work and life scenarios.
This course will help learners gain level 2 maths skills. Learn a way that makes it real and relevant to everyday experiences. Topics include numeracy skills, measures, shape and space and handling data, including statistical measures and probability.
- Level 1 Maths Functional Skills or equivalent
Level checked on application.
- Students will take an exam in Level 2 Maths Functional Skills.
- Progression to GCSE Maths.
