Course Introduction
This Edexcel Functional Skills qualification is designed to help you improve your basic English skills and enable you to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
You will develop a practical and useful skillset in the subjects which will be relevant to a wide range of everyday work and life scenarios.
This course will help you gain Level 2 English skills and will cover making presentations, reading, writing a variety of texts and using persuasive language.
- Level 1 English Functional Skills or equivalent
Level checked on application.
Students will take Level 2 English Functional Skills exams in speaking and listening, reading and writing.
- Progression to English GCSE
