Course Introduction
This one-year VTCT qualification will provide you with the foundation-level skills to start working in the hairdressing industry.
You will learn:
- Client consultation
- How to professionally shampoo and condition
- How the industry works
- Cutting
- Colouring and perming hair
- Reception duties
You will also have the opportunity to specialise in cutting African hair.
- Four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and maths or completion of our Future Pathways course.
Successful completion of this course would allow you to progress to Level 3 Hairdressing Diploma or a related apprenticeship/employment.
