Apprenticeships let you learn on the job, develop knowledge and skills, gain an AAT Accounting Qualification and earn money – all at the same time.
Building on your previous qualifications and experience, during this apprenticeship you will work towards the Level 4 AAT Accounting Professional Diploma.
Your work experience will be complemented by coming to college one day a week to study units such as drafting financial statements, principles of budgeting, decision-making and control and evaluating accounting systems.
Study units include:
- Financial Statements of Limited Companies
- Budgeting
- Management Decision and Control
- Accounting Systems and Controls
- Personal Tax and Credit Management
- Completed either a Level 3 Accounting Apprenticeship or a Level 3 AAT Diploma.
- You will need to be employed in an accounting role (or we can help with finding relevant employment).
Each unit will be assessed by way of a computerised examination. Successful completion of all exams at each level will result in the qualification being awarded
