Course Introduction

This City & Guilds one-year advanced level course covers the practical skills and knowledge that will help prepare you for a career in the catering industry. You will learn how to plan and manage a large-scale event, team leadership and supervision, food and beverage, organisation in the restaurant and bar, food safety, healthy eating and undertake a work-related project.
