This one-year City & Guilds qualification is for learners who are looking for a career in the hospitality industry. The course will enable learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or a career in the hospitality sector, covering areas of food service and cooking.

- Three GCSEs at grade 2 or above, including English and maths.
Assignment, observation and short answer papers.
Successful completion of this course would allow you to progress to Level 2 Hospitality Services or a related apprenticeship/employment.
