Level 3 Professional Cookery (Kitchen & Larder) City & Guilds NVQ Diploma
This one-year course provides an introduction to the world of professional cookery and food service. You will learn how to prepare and cook meat, fish and poultry, understand the hospitality and catering industry, food and customer service and barista training.
- Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and maths
- Completion of a relevant Level 2 qualification
- Direct entry is also possible for those with significant industry experience
