This qualification is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge and understanding of autism. Successful completion of this qualification will allow learners to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of autism, which would support progression onto appropriate qualifications and into employment within the health and social care sector. This course includes six mandatory units which you need to complete in order to gain the qualification.
There are no specific entry requirements for the course. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a level 2 qualification in a related subject.
Studying via Distance Learning means you can choose when and where you study. We recommended allowing a minimum of 4 to 5 hours per week to study this course in your own time.
